they say i am writing about a lost cause
of a love that has spoken too late
of a courage that has taken too long to soar
of an act that can heal the world but now may never flow
they say i am flowing against the tide
a person needs some time to fall in love
it's true perhaps i have never been there before
in my heart, of her, i am sure
its true i know i am running with nothing
the girl i love she's gone away
but she's capable of incredible love
maybe thats why this feeling came from above
i have no more poetry and i don't know which season
i fell in love for there was no reason
this much i know, i have nothing and i don't know what i want
but hold my hand and believe: everything will flow
