Once upon a time..

This is a little story, of a little little one
who trembled as he wrote
He had a heart that was as stout as thine
but never took a note

He kept his cool, he held his peace,
he did not like his war
So aside he kept, his time would come
and he waited for this 'lore.

Although it isn't easy in a battle, it isn't easy when you lose
it's just the way things turn out when
you don't put in all the screws

So laugh they did at this little one, this imperfect little one
he stood before them and all your men, both
scared and sorrowful as one.

And jeered him they did, it came out strong,
for they had made him so
they cast him aside like a dry flower cause,
he trembled at every flow

So blown away he was for tomorrow,
cause then they would never care
in the grand scheme of things, a loser was
a headache and a burden, one did not need to bear.

But when the enemy was at the gate,
all agog with delight
and all your friends were in stupor
when they gladly called it a night

There shall be this little one, the one you did discard
for he hath been waiting and waiting long and
is ready for the fight.

For you can be assured O mighty one,
that in your troubles and in your time
if ever you need a mighty sword, you call need be sublime

For be it on the morning
or at the wake of day
Be it at the cross roads, or any time you say

He has come, and he will make your battle
he will rest not until its won,
He has forgotten his yesterday and want not the sorrow
for he wants 'All to be One'.

So fear not and think little, for this little mighty one
has put it all aside and is standing
and the battle is to be won.

So though his heart may tremble,
for the enemy is big and near
its the message that will go to all and one
'Wake up', its what we fear.

For mountains can fell us, swords may pierce us
and our bones may be broke, but if we
can all stand up and be united
our enemy will start to quake.

And when the day is ended and
the wage is hard to bear
call upon the little one, his heart is stout and fair.
