Always love, a little

why is it so hard to tell someone you love her
is it the feeling of losing her when she replies
or is just the emptiness that takes over once
you reach her, and your insides just wanna die and never exist

well, the thing is i dunno, all it's done for me
is set in motion this volume of poetry
which love has written, it's from the heart as it's also
from the mind, of a lover who hasn't been able to believe

so all that can be said is to try a little faith,
but what i need right now is the courage
to walk up to her and say, you are the one i have been looking at
and looking for, for you are my soulmate, darling

so come away and believe a little, it seems that all we need is a little faith
it's the best feeling in the world, mountains et al
for i am in love, always am and will always be, for all i need
is a little love, a little, teeny piece of love.
